All Clinical Extracts products are manufactured in certified laboratories. While Clinical Extracts has put processes in place to avoid inconsistency of products/ingredients, this is still possible due to the nature of the ingredients, and does not mean that potency has been compromised/warrant a return/refund.
Care Instructions
Clinical Extracts products should be stored in a cool dark and dark place out of direct sunlight. Please shake bottle if the product has been left to sit for more than 2 days.

Refund/Return Policy
If a product/s is supplied incorrectly or deemed faulty by Clinical Extracts, only then will Clinical Extracts accept the return of that product/s. In this case, the customer must comply with the directions provided via email by Clinical Extracts to warrant a return. Should a product be returned, it must be in a condition worth of re-sale by Clinical Extracts standards and must remain in its original undamaged packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. Clinical Extracts takes no responsibility for items lost in transit. By purchasing off Clinical Extracts, you acknowledge and agree that Clinical Extracts will not accept a return and will not refund your order based on a change of mind.
